You can start your exchange easily online, as long as your dress has not been worn or washed with original tags attached.
You are responsible for shipping your item back to us. Following our return process, you'll be able to create the label.
Package up your dress and ship back to us. Once we receive it, we can process your return and refund you.
We are now happy to offer exchanges! Customers can request an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, given inventory and availability. Please keep in mind exchange items are not reserved until the original item has been received at our warehouse. Customers MUST process the exchange via email and use the shipping label provided. Shipping is included for all exchange orders!
We take pride in customer satisfaction at Savannah Taylor and if for any reason you do not love your purchase, please return the item in its original and unworn condition within 14 days of the postmarked delivery date for a full refund unless marked Final Sale, less return shipping costs.
Returns will be processed within 2-4 weekdays (not including holidays) after they have been received.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNING YOUR ITEM(S).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 14 days after the postmarked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. Reasons we may refuse the return include but are not limited to: if it has obviously been worn (e.g. sweat stains, grass stains, dirt stains, strong odors), if it has been modified or altered, or if it has excessive animal hair that is unable to be removed. If your return is refused, we will ship the item back to you at no extra charge to you. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or as store credit.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
