Not itchy! It’s a quilted material that makes it feel like a blanket. I always look way more put together than I am, yet I’m still comfy. I pair each item separately as well so it’s a 2 for 1! I use it for travel, running errands, or just lounge wear. This was my first SAVY T purchase and was the reason I continued to shop here! Can work for tall girls too!
